Privacy Policy

The short version: CoproHub stores the data your building shares in the app - issues, photos, messages, documents, polls - on our servers so the members of your building can see it. We collect what is needed to run the service, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we are

CoproHub ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile app for co-ownership (copropriete) buildings: co-owners report issues, and the building administrator (syndic) tracks them to completion with contractors. This policy explains what data the app touches and why.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code sent to that address. We store your email address and the display name you choose, so other members of your building know who posted what. Contractors invited by magic link do not create an account; we store the name they enter and the messages and photos they post on the job they were invited to.

Building data

Content you create in the app - issues and their photos, work orders, comments and chat messages, announcements, documents, and poll votes - is stored on our servers (hosted on Cloudflare) and shared with the members of your building and, where relevant, the contractor assigned to a job. It is not visible to anyone outside your building, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.

Analytics

We use PostHog to collect basic usage analytics (such as which screens are used) so we can improve the app. This data is not used for advertising.

Subscriptions

CoproHub offers a paid subscription for building administrators. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store); we do not see or store your payment details. Please see Apple's privacy policy for how they handle transaction data.

Launch waitlist

If you sign up on our website to be notified when CoproHub launches, we store your email address solely to send you launch and update notifications. It is never sold, shared, or used for anything else, and you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing the address below.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and building data for as long as your building uses CoproHub. You can request deletion of your account and the personal data attached to it at any time by emailing us at the address below; we will confirm once it is processed. Content that other members of your building need (for example an issue you reported that is still being fixed) may be kept with your name removed.

Children

CoproHub is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
