CoproHub is open to condo administrators (board members, property managers) and contractors holding a valid RBQ license. Individual residents cannot register directly.
Each contractor must provide their RBQ license number, which we validate through the official registry of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. We also require proof of liability insurance. Profiles are then manually verified before activation.
During the beta phase, access to CoproHub is completely free for condos and contractors. We will inform you in advance of any pricing changes.
For launch, we focus on essential trades: plumbing, electrical, roofing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning). Other specialties will be added gradually based on demand.
CoproHub is currently available only in the Montreal area. We plan to expand our coverage to other Quebec cities after MVP validation.
Only condos that have completed a project with a contractor can leave an evaluation. These recommendations are visible to other condos in the network, creating a trust system based on real experiences.
