1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on CoproHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of use and our privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our platform.
2 Eligibility
CoproHub is a private network reserved for specific users:
For Condos
- Be an authorized administrator (board member, trustee, or property manager)
- Represent a legally constituted condo in Quebec with a valid NEQ number
For Contractors
- Hold a valid and active RBQ license
- Have current liability insurance
- Operate legally in Quebec
3 User Responsibilities
By using CoproHub, you agree to:
- 1 Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and on your profile
- 2 Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- 3 Use the platform only for legitimate purposes related to condo management
- 4 Respect other network members and communicate professionally
- 5 Report any suspicious behavior or violations of these terms
4 Platform Role
CoproHub is a platform connecting condos and contractors. We facilitate connections and provide verification tools, but we do not intervene in contractual relationships between parties.
5 Reviews and Recommendations
Reviews on CoproHub are subject to the following rules:
- Only condos that have completed a project with a contractor can leave a review
- Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on real experience
- CoproHub reserves the right to remove fraudulent, defamatory, or inappropriate reviews
6 Account Termination
CoproHub may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms of use
- Providing false or misleading information
- Harmful behavior towards other network members
7 Intellectual Property
The content of the CoproHub platform, including the logo, design, texts, and features, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.
8 Limitation of Liability
CoproHub is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, CoproHub disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
9 Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms of use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notification on the platform. Your continued use of CoproHub after these changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10 Governing Law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
